For some weird reason no one on the site including the admins and myself are "allowed" to access the thread and forum subscriptions. Gives us the classic you do not have permission to access this error.

Im not quite sure why this is, I think it might have something to do with a piece of crap Shoutbox hack I installed, when I had to edit the init.php.

Anyone know what the init.php value to allow permission for thread subscription is?
