Hey guys! I just installed the forum software. My site is just a few days old. I could use some basic recommendations on improving the site. Here are some questions.

1. How do I make the site have a "front page" look to it. I don't mean Microsoft frontpage, I mean a decent front page with the site stats, news section, most recent posts, most popular post, etc. My site is sub-domained to my classifieds website right now, but I do have a main domain for it. I just need a nice front page!

2. Is there a good hack to get some live military and or Korean news?

3. What are some good basic hacks?

4. Where is the best place for me to start on this forum for basic information?

5. Any good places to get some Avatars and Skins? Is there a way to creat a skin by myself?

Please send me any other feedback and recommendations!
