Defined per usergroup and forum - View only first post in threads

Example ...
Permitted usergroup writes an article/posts / make replies as normal.
- other usergroups (ie, unregistered) can view post - can't see replies
(if there are any replies it would be nice if these usergroups would see a reply which says something like "registration required to view replies".
Otherwise we would have to manually insert this into the bottom of top posts that have replies.

This would save us having to make another forum to redirect discussion for threads that we only want top post /article/reviews and announcements viewable to specified usergroups, while still informing them that they can see more if they register or have permission.
