If you got to a part of the install that gave you errors and now want to remove the hack you must first go to:

http://mysite.com/forum/install/hack...&hacks=Jukebox

(obviously substitute "mysite.com/forum" with the address of your site)

and then click on the links until it says you are finished. The HIS needs to cache a file that says you installed the file, or it won't proceed with an uninstall.
It's okay, I made sure i backed things up first so I reverted back, gj i did!
