ala-cart options - they are available so you the 'person downloading addon' have the option to choose how you would like your addon

LOL, sorry, those options are actually for the author of addon and are there to show you some information regarding the addon -- I'm not sure why the checkboxes are available for EVERYONE--bad usability.
