Free isn't all that important... As long as I am able to use vB's subscriptions so that if the Chat get's too expensive that I can have the members that want to use it cover some of the costs...

Our big requirements is the abuility to limit the chat to forum members only... This way if a problem occurs we can use vB's tools to lock out the problems... A nice to have would be the subscription or groups access rights as described above...

I will look at your suggestion!!!
