True, but some sites allow users to post uncensored images.

For example, I have a website where photographers can post material they shoot and since most shoot adult content, you get a variety of images. USC 2257 says that even if the person posting the material has a release for the images, that simply by displaying them on my site I have to have the same model information they have.
