There was a very kewl add on page called simplepage

It has the ability for pages, and you can set no to guests from within the file.

I cant seem to find it now, but I use it on my site, even though I allow guests to view the pages I have.

It's actually pretty kewl.

Do a search for simplepage or pages.php Hopefully it did not get lost in the merger, but, I still have it, and will ask the person that created it if I can post it, if you cant find it. That is if I can find himor her
