]The most common error that people have mentioned was an My SQL error during installation.

mysql error: Duplicate entry 'uttpoints' for key 1

mysql error number: 1062

If you have an error simmilar to this it means UCS has been installed before but not been cleanly uninstalled before, you could try removing things in the de-bug mode.
