This seems to work great with just vBulletin, but what if you also have vBPortal installed, I noticed in the "headlineincluded" you get this java:

<script type="text/javascript" src="$vbpoptions[bbdir]/clientscript/vbulletin_global.js"></script>
<if condition="$vboptions['usepopups']"><script type="text/javascript" src="$vbpoptions[bbdir]/clientscript/vbulletin_menu.js"></script></if>

How would you modify this to work with this program...
