The homepage seems designed to drive people away. The large red, CLOSED UNTIL I SAY OPENED is perfect for that.

The forums have what could be broken images at the top, otherwise they are just text links (Firefox does that) that say test1 and test2. Very good.

Your large number of forums with 0 posts seem to be looking to attract the type of person who loves being the first poster in an empty forum. Sadly there aren't *that* many of those people out there.

The shades of tan are nice.
