I've searched and can't find mention of a hack that would work with a shopping cart system.

I'm sure my community would go for the idea of "paying" for certain features of VB on our website as a way of donating to the site.

If there was a way to merge a shopping cart so that they could "purchase" avatars...or other extra goodies while leaving the basic features free, this would be great.

The idea would be that a member could go into the store and buy the ability to have an avatar....(a subscription?) and upon paying, they would automatically be in a new usergroup in VB that would give them extra privileges.

Is anyone interested?
