User selectable dropdown list to show in thread title when set when posting newthread

I've seen it released somewhwere but I just can't find it despite searching on both here and vB.org.

What I'm after is the code for that cool little dropdown that shows the version of vB when you are releasing a modification either here or at vB.org.

If someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
