As Fairclough said, the problem appears to be with your smilies. Because some of the smilies are wider than others, especially the animated ones, the smilies box is going to be much bigger than normal. Try either limiting the smilies shown in the box to the normal default sized ones or, if you really want all of those smilies shown by default, try moving the smilie box to underneath the reply box.
