Mmmhmm; They aren't really vbulletin designers it looks like.

Here's what I suggest you do - Attempt to take the html files and split them so they create a header and a footer which can fit the vbulletin content in it.

Take the header code and put it in the template "header" and the footer code and put it in the "footer" template.

You're going to need to change all the css on the "all style options" page also.

If you need help installing this, I suggest posting an integration request into the services request forum.
