Default New to Vbulletin
Hello, recently some friends of mine and I have decided to start up a community forum. We decided to use VBulletin due to its flexibility and features, though I have only used VBulletin minimally, considering I never had a copy before (I used to help a forum admin who used VB 2 a few years back).

Long story short: I was finally able to purchase VB 3 and now I need to rig it up with a few of the popular features out there and with some decent GUI. I'd really appreciate some tips, I'm currently deciding how to layout the site (welcome index/no welcome index?) so if you guys could really just give me any advice, I'd very much appreciate it!
