OK Thanks. After some more thought I should probably just look for a third party photo gallery script. vBulletin's attachments are close to being able to do that, but it just isn't quite there. All that's missing IMO is the upload feature, the ability to create folders, and the ability to allow other users to browse specific folders. I might suggest this on vBulletin.com and .org, but I think my short-term solution is probably going to be the third-party approach. Thanks again for the response
