View the source and learn how they coded the html, then figure out how to do it better. The process is making a few background and foreground images then aligning them with divs. They may have done it with tables, I have not looked.

Any site you come across that catchs your eye view the source, it is a great way to learn new tricks, you just need to know proper html so you don't pick up any bad habbits.
