thanks very much for the speedy reply i have tried from 100 all the way up 2 400

all it does is move the green bar along but i think it has something to do with the text it has droped down

and it should be more in the middle like in my other pic (the welcome and the first forum catorgorie)

all my catorgories are the same all the way down

but they should look like the 2 at the top you can see.
