How do I get rid of the two columns on the left side when viewing a forum? Plus the views column.

You now what two I'm talking about? Sorry I don't know what they are called. The two just to the left of the Threads column. They seem pointless and are only distracting to the eye. I'm trying to minimalize distractions. Turn my board into something really clean and simple.
