For some reason, my forum home is a little screwy - most noticeably is the footer on forumhome, for some reason it's displaying the background as grey:

However, if you go into a forum, the footer is displayed as it should
ie: http://www.brainphreeze.com/dev/forumdisplay.php?f=2

Lastly, for some reason on the forum home, the border around the forum list is clear, and it's supposed to be back like the welcome panel:

And for the question.. on the forum home, on each catergory the tables change depending to what the "last post"'s length, so it looks messed (well, it looks un-uniformed).. is there a way to lock those tables at a certain size so they're all always the same?
