Well, atleast I know why I can't download attatchments now.

But that still wasn't much help. I just checked the e-mails I had when I registered my alternate name (Jester2) and I didn't see anything referring to a "customer number". The only number I saw was my activation ID.

And besides that, when I registered this name in January I didn't have to worry about having a customer number.. and I deleted any e-mails I had concerning my registration. So is this number available in the user CP somewhere?
