I think it would be great to have some sort of handier layout for the PMs. Right now there is no button at the top nav...and there is only that little area at the top (that I and my users are always overlooking) that tells when a new one comes in. Granted, you can allow the popup, but that is just annoying and too in your face.

If there was some kind of way to make one PM button for no new PMs, and another for new PMs, kind of like forum indicators, then that would be super.
