To clarify this..

General vBulletin support will not be allowed, all general queries should go to vBulletin.com's support forums. Users asking for general vbulletin support will be banned from the channel.

vBulletin hacking support should go to vbulletin.org, again anyone asking for hacking support will be banned from the channel.

As far as users that have released mods here, you may support them via irc. At this time we will allow that. But keep in mind that you have no way of knowing if you are giving support to a legit vBulletin lincensed holder.
