I'm actually going to open (along with some others) a site which will sell vbSkins and vB graphics (and loads of other stuff non-vB), but the thing is, if you look at the designs of Pank, or vbskins, all they really are, are a few modified templates, with some graphics placed in, about 5 of the styles at vbskins.com are exactly the same but with different colours and graphics...what my site will aim to do is actually modify templates quite a bit too
