If I can make some pointers, then I would say that your banner is a bit too high (I agree with Tony's comment on this). The colour nuances of the banner also do not match the dark scheme you use for the rest of the page. (It's a very nice banner though).

Your buttons and your banner actually match each other nicely, but together, as I said, they mismatch the rest a little.

Oh - your postbit is lovely, just lovely!!
