It would normally be very easy via phpinclude to put it in a user's profile but due to IMHO a stupid design for this page you can't ($userinfo is destroyed before it can be read by phpinclude). Also, putting it in the postbit would require hacking.

So there's no real practical way of doing it purely through templates.
