that doesn't answer the Question

it's all abt the "VB link Directory" This hack allows you to have a database of links, you add catagories and users may add there site, this is sort of a Links Management, but more organized and attractive, with easy to use admin panel, built in search panel and more.

and the Main Question is How to install it in the Forum *confuzed*
