Woah, those header graphics are great! I love those as well as the other graphics included.

-You should cut down on forums, you have way too many for the amount of members and posts you have. Keep it minimal and as more activity comes add more back on.
-Your postbit seems to default as the other pages are heavily modified. Might want to work a bit on it.
