1. Go to your CP - Style Sets and edit the style your using. Scroll to find a box for "vB forum logo" or something like that. Upload the image you want into the /image directory in your /forum directory and put the name of the file there.
2. In Registration options in your main vBulletin Options in the Admin CP.
3. There are some sites which sell styles which aren't too expensive. Check them out.
