It's not that.

You see $5,000 is *right* under the cost it would take to go to court and fight it. This guy is basicly suckering people into paying up. This is not the frist time hes done something like this, hes a ******* (excuse my french ) and i hope someone kills him for doing stuff like this to the little people.
