@n9ne - styleXP is a great proggie to get that done....or you can just download themes......but style XP is the way to go - you can customize your themes, login screens, and something else that i cant remember now

As for desktop pics, i have a lot of stuff going on! Its a big 19" monitor, so the res is high....i have style XP with the ChaNinja v3 style installed, which you will see in the start menu and the little vBT window (just to show you the style). I have LOTS of programs that i use all the time, which were very expensive

As for the BG, i change it a lot, but this is one of my favorite renders:
