Actually, *cough* other forum software *cough* also have a very large selection of buttons, icons and other things as well to err... borrow...

There's actually 2 sets of actions that also generate the buttons under different color schemes, you need photoshop 6.0 for those, and the new pro version, which is photoshop 7.0

That's what I used. I have a slow computer, so it took 2 minutes and 20 seconds to generate new buttons.
