or whatsoever, I post my problems in here

Last weekend I reinstalled my PC, and installed PHP/Apache/MySQL again for running my own webserver. I had setup a beta forum on the 'old' setup which I made a backup of with the mysql commandline client.

In the new setup, I restored the backup without any errors and the whole forum works perfectly. However, in my Admin CP > Template Section and Admin CP > Style section I have very very weird characters or text originating from other templates (?)

Look at the attached images please. Is anybode aware of what is causing this and more important, how to fix it?
