I'm not a big fan of the border images, but that's just my personal taste.

Otherwise the look is clean with good lines. The overall look is somewhat simplistic, but I LIKE that. The board looks good.

My only suggestions would be:

1. You have custom buttons, continue that with the thread buttons (new post icons, etc), so that all your images stick to the cutom button design.

2. You could also customize the memberlist and the Member Profiles a bit.
