If u got an e-mail from the game creator then u are alright with the copyrights of that game but if it is a variation of the orginal then u have to see if that has been given the permission to alter & ask the orginal creator if u can display it if u do not get an answer then delete that game and all others that u do not have the permission to display. I guess v3arcade.com is making sure that the creator's copyrights are followed since they are updating the way u can get their games or something. Most likely they view the ppl here & who makes a post.
