did that and all went well until I clicked Donation Administration and got this

the install process went of very smoothly and I got to the settings screen and completed that successfully. the save button on that page returned me to the settings screen itself (dont know if thats supposed to happen). When I logged into to my admincp and clicked Donation Administration, I got the above.

any idea guys ?
