Does anyone have a way to show and hide an extra navbar? What I was looking for, was to put a little link next to their private messages link called "show additional navbar"

Once clicked an additional navbar shows up below the default one. The text will then also change to "hide additional navbar". Once clicked it will hide that extra navbar.
