I would like members of a certain user group on our board to be able to click a link and have them create and send an email to the full user group.

Manually, what I'd have to do now is extract the mailing list from the CP, put it into a forward file on a mailserver, then find out how to use a mailto: link within a post to that particular forward file.

It would/could be extremely similar to the email functionality that admins have on the admin CP, where they can select a bunch of usergroups and automatically send an email to users within that group.

Has anyone seen something like this before, or have ideas about where to start?
