My bad, you are correct, I have never thought of usernames with apostrophy.

Ok, this fix require new changes, I won't update the installation file which I got in the first post, cos I am working on vB Pager 3.0.0
For those who are getting problem sending to members with apostrophy in their usernames, can download this file and fix the problem.
