im tryin to install uCash/uShop Hack and when it comes to doing the steps in alterring "In your navbar template template: (2 Changes)" i get the error "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/admin115/template.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

what am i doing wrong? any solutions?
