I am not aware of a hack that does exactly what you are asking. You could have a try with the search.

If you can not find a hack that suits your needs, licensed members can always post a Modification Request (no payment) or a Service Request (with payment) and try to find a coder that would like to create this for you.

With the upcoming vB3.5 adjusting vBulletin to your needs will even be more easy.
