I'm sure this has been asked a zillion times before, but I cannot seem to find the answer I need from searching.

Is there any EASY way to reinstall hacks once an upgrade has been done? The guy who does it for our site hates me each time i upgrade because he says reinstalling all the hacks is time consuming and not worth the bother. Can someone give me some easy steps in which to achieve this?
