vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Making it so you need X amount of post to do something

I've searched and really didn't see anything.

I want to make some posting requirement on my forum before you can change stuff such as custom titles etc.

This is what I need.

You must have 100 post in order to have Avatars.
You must have 30 post to have a custom title.
You must have 20 post to send Private Messages.

Could anyone tell me how to do this.
