I have this tiny little mod I put in my PM system found here:

Now this is my question/problem. When someone gets a PM it obviously flashes an image, saying from who, etc (as shown in the 1st screenshot)

However lets say I want to mark my PM as Unread. Personally, If I do that, I dont want it flashing again, can get annoying. Is there any way to modify the code, so that if I mark a PM as unread it will just show the default as show in screenshot 2?
