vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Did I find a Vbulletin Bug or am I just losing My mind?

In the source code for the who's online page, it checks to see if the user is checking for new posts using the getnew function of search.php.

If they are, the code says it should show that fact to me on who's online - not just say "searching"

But, when I try it, all I ever see is "searching". I don't remember this ever working right.

Does it work for any of you?
