It looks like a template problem, try reverting your adv_portal template. Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Search in Templates > type in: adv_portal. Now click one time on it in the list and then click the 'Revert' button on the right.

If it doesn't show up in Orange or you do not have an option to revert it, then it's the stock template and is not working properly with your style. You can go to www.vbadvanced.com for further help on it if that's the case.
