CHMOD to 777, edit the file and CHMOD it back to what it was originally.

I have also updated the instructions (v 1.00a) to remove the permission used to access the FlashChat Admin tab, all admins should now see the tab and be able to admin FlashChat regardless of admin permissions they have in the AdminCP.
