do this:

go to your admin control panel:

1. vBulletin Options > Setting Group: User Reputation Options > Enable User Reputation System > select "yes"; then

2. vBulletin Options > Setting Group: Thread Display Options (showthread) > Post Elements (at the bottom, last choice) > Display Reputation Power > check Yes

3. go to your postbit or postbit legacy template and search for "reputation". modify the template to your liking.

remember, checking yes to #2 slows the boards down a bit because it has to make more calculations.
