vb.org Archive - View Single Post - I have a really simple mod I need.

I need to move the "Whats Going On?" section from the bottom of a forum to the top just under the "Welcome" section which is under the header.

I already tried this in the "FORUMHOME" template. I cut and paste from the  to the  and moved it above the 
$forumbits


After I did that it showed up fine, as soon as I logged out and back in it changed. What am I missing?
